We train individuals in 6-month cycles broken into 2-month training blocks. Training cycles operate from January to June and July to December and are offered as one-on-one OR groups sessions depending on individual preference. One-on-One Training cost $6,600 and Group Training cost $5,000, yet both are structured in ways that equipping each person at an individual level.
Training is initiated with a Pre-Assessment Survey that jumpstarts the conversation about one’s distinct call within Christ’s commission. Following a 1-Hour Coaching Session, individuals complete a Pre-Consultation Form that helps identify the specific place [home, workplace, neighborhood, nation] where the individual requires strategy and support to be better sent.
Each phase incorporates weekly devotionals, personal reflections, and end-of-term tools that are co-created with the individual. In addition, those who chose One-on-One Training experience in-person coaching and consultation through a formal site visit.
T E S T R U N
Test Run is a micro-conference that operates twice a year—once in June and once in December. The Test Run cost $500 and provides a preview of the strategy and structure that individuals experience during 6-month training cycles.
During the micro-conference individuals participate in 3-rounds of critique on possible church responses to Christ’s commission, while considering how they are called to respond to Christ’s commission.
